Rick james came to me about this situation weeks and weeks ago. ~1-2 days after Blaxis got tagged. He told me that he was owed 30 keys from blaxis and asked if he was allowed to trade with him in order to get back what he was owed.

I told him that since the agreement was prior to the tagging and he gave him his end of the deal that it should be fine. He did not trade or profit with a marked scammer, simply completed a trade that occurred prior.

I don't think a tag is warranted here. He was owed money by a clean user who afterwards got marked. It would be absurd to ban him for this

 

As I discussed with the TF2Outpost Admin Toughsox, even him as he said, if this was just another shitty explanation, i'd be banned already but I did provide proof in which Toughsox moved this case to senior admins. This was the second warning, as he said if somebody else tries to do the "Loan" shit again it will be against the rules, and you will be perma banned. In which he said this is only a warning and the second ban I will get will be a permaban, expecially when my first ban said I will be permabanned if I traded with scammers, in which as you can see this is just a temporary ban.

 

I can send the exact same proof to these admins, tho i'm not going to upload em here, i'd rather show the proof in private.

Proof provided, incase you need chats with Toughsox, you'll need to contact him yourself, as I did not take any chat pictures with him. So there's that.
