Just to clarify. We can only tag users for impersonating a user with a green shield (tag) on their SteamRep profile. When it comes to users without a green tag, there must be clear intent for the accused to scam through the impersonation; for example linking to another users reputation thread, or claiming to have a vault account.

I'll have to archive this.
