What happened?
The accused added me to buy items from me for cash. After pointing to his three profile comments as a reason to trust him to send him my knife first, we finally came to an understanding that he'd pay first.

He told me he had sent the payment and then threatened to do a chargeback if I did not trade the knife to him. I told him that I did not see a payment in my account. His explanation was that payments take half an hour to show up and that, because he had charged back the payment, I would not see it in my account.

I did not see anything in my account. I do not think that that is how Paypal works.
