Impersonation of me through the "Dupe Check/Trusted Friend" scam with the intent to defraud.

This user also has a Pending SteamRep report for the same Offense, and scammed a different friend of mine a few months back. I can get that friend to verify if that changes anything (there's no chat proof); just felt this guy should definitely be banned.

We only accept solid evidence as actual evidence (screenshots). We don't base decisions off of people's opinions, get those people to make their own reports.

In future reports that you create, please don't edit/draw on/modify screenshots. For this scam we would also need all chats between you and the scammer(s) and usually this report would be archived in its current state.

However, as @Pointy has pointed out, he is also impersonating a partner community admin. Setting this report as Ready for Review on that basis.

The only reason I scratched out the top was because it was my Username for Steam, and I thought you were allowed to hide that? My apologies for not having the conversations (My friend was in the chat, but anytime I was invited to it for the Scammer to impersonate me, the Scammer would either leave, or the chat was made private, and my friend didn't get any conversation screenshots), although I figured I could report based on impersonation alone (correct me if I'm wrong).

 

That is fine, but circling and drawing arrows on the name history etc is not.

If the person being impersonated is a partner community admin (green tag on SteamRep) then they can be marked for having the same profile picture and name. If they are impersonating someone other than a partner community admin, you need to prove that they intend to scam or commit fraud through that impersonation.
