Description:
At the beginning I didn't know steam gifts can get revoked. I had an offer to buy Fallout 4 for TF2 keys on tf2outpost, he saw that and added me. He offered the game for 12 keys, he gifted it to me, I accepted it, he sent me a steam offer requesting 12 keys, I confirmed the offer. He wanted me to give him +rep on his steam profile, then he wanted me to add another person who was too scared to trade with him and talk to them, after reading on the matter I discovered gifts can be revoked, when I wrote about it he unfriended and blocked me. Then I tried contacting his victims, got five confirmations that he is a scammer (I have chat screenshots of two of them) and encouraged them to report him via the steam community. I also reported him on steamrep, but saw that my report will likely get forgotten (the moderator from the thread also ignores me on steam), then I saw this topic and registered here.

 

Hi, sorry Kethus I should have been more clear in the thread. If you've already made the report with SteamRep then you cannot make it here as well, the only time this is acceptable is if the report is over a month old on SteamRep. See this thread for more details:
