    The accusation:
    Trade sharking.

    Context:

To accused frequents an unusual trade server that I also frequent, one Vatican Unusual. The accused, while on this server, has shown a profligate history that made me suspicious to some degree. Upon inspection, the user's backpack value has increased from US$60 in late January to over US$900 as of today, the 14 March 2016. Upon inspecting this user's backpack history, I came across the Cotton Head trade and felt obligated to report the user for trade sharking.

    1. The victim was unaware of the information that updated the Cotton Head from a singular Pyro class specific hat, to an all-class hat.
-1.1. The trade was made on the 2nd March, and the following day the Cotton Head was updated to be an all-class hat.
--1.2. However, in the Steam community workshop, as well as on unusual trade servers, knowledge of this update to be applied was available before the mentioned trade occurred.
---1.3. This would explain, why the accused paid 21 keys pure for a hat that the victim had asked for only 12 keys.
    2. The accused purchased the item for 21 keys pure and then set up a tf2op trade with a b/o of 120 keys on the Cotton Head.
-2.1. This shows not only the guilty act of trade sharking, but also the intention of the accused to commit trade sharking.
    3. Similar cases have applied a caution tag as a minimum sentence for such an action, and a permanent ban on tf2op. This type of behavior is damaging for the entire community, justice ought to be served.
