The marked scammer 'Kicker' added me, and I accepted so I could see his inventory (friends only) out of curiosity. I saw he had some really nice unusuals (such a shame), such as a C.Heart KE and a Beams Beak, AF Warpig, Strange Unusual Corona Australis etc...

I left the tab open and a while later when I hit refresh all I see the KE and Beak are gone, and there are now a Karambit Fade and a Karmabit Marble Fade in their place.

For giggles I checked outpost for a newly listed C.Heart KE and lo and behold I find the accused, who has just closed their trades for the 2 Karambits and listed the KE and Beak.

As the scammer's backpack is private, they don't show up in the history of these hats, nor do the 2 knives show a new owner, however you can see the knives in the scammer's inventory below (in their showcase):

I'm not sure how to prove the history of the KE/Beak - other than to ask the seller to show trade history to see who he traded them from.
