The guy added me and asked if I had a knife. I don't so he asked to buy something else instead. After I had agreed to some items, he sent me an invoice instead of a payment.

Since it seems that the person knew he was sending a bill to you instead of the money (getting that out of his reaction), I've decided to accept the report and apply a full banned by tag for Paypal money scam.
