Hello there, this is Qaisar, the guy you're reporting/talking about. I'll simply post my appeal to tf2op for the items you posted above.

"I was not aware I would be brokering for a marked scammer when holding those items shown in the ban statement in which they eventually traded back. It is my fault for not checking whether the person I held the items for was a marked scammer or not, but I did not see the need as I wasn't keeping the items or actually taking part in the trade. I apologize once again for breaching the sites rules unintentionally and I can give you my word to be more cautious and do my part in background checking any individual I deal with in terms of trade from now on if that counts for anything. If you do not appeal my ban, I totally understand as this is entirely my fault for not fulfilling the terms I agreed to when I signed up on the site, but have not fully understood/forgotten over time."

As for the attendant you linked to, it's a duped hat which is what mixed up its history. I have bought and traded it to regular traders to my knowledge at the time.
