    I doubt he even understands what SteamRep is if he thinks I can just 'hack' a item. Clearly doesn't have any idea of values either, doubt he even knows what he's doing.

    We don't investigate "hacking" reports nor Shark attempts. Scamming usually involves an agreement that is broken, such as a PayPal chargeback, and no such agreement was broken here.
