    Description: I sold him 25 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys via PayPal at $1.70 USD each for a total of $42.50 USD via PayPal on December 11, 2015. Upon logging into PayPal today, December 23, 2015, I noticed the payment was placed on hold, as Shin had filed an unauthorized payment chargeback on the transaction.

    I do not have a transcript copy of the chat.

    Hello @Shmevin@Shmevin ,

    To continue with this report we need a couple of things:
    - screenshot of your PayPal activity, showing all transactions between the 24th of November and the 24th of December.
    - screenshot of the PayPal chargeback (Go to Resolution Center then click on the dispute, make sure that the image is in full screen and displaying the url bar).
    - screenshot of the original trade agreement with the accused.
    - screenshots of your inventory history; showing all trades from December 10th to the 13th.

    Reminder:
    - All screenshots must be UNCROPPED and UNEDITED. The blanking of Steam Account ID is okay.
    - URL bars should always be shown when applicable.
    - All screenshots should be uploaded to Fortress of Gamers - File Hosting and linked here.

    How to display Steam URL bar within Steam Client:
    - Right click Steam taskbar icon
    - Select "Settings"
    - Select "Interface" within the settings list
    - Check the "Display Steam URL address bar when available" option
