i don't see how is accepting a donation aiding in stealing

 

You can't prove that Muselk didn't actually buy it with something like Paypal.

Not that I agree with the rule, but hey, the rule clearly states not to trade with them. Receiving donations is done by doing a trade. Blizzard is a scammer. Thus, he traded with a scammer.

He should care. Not only will he lose some respect and support from the community, but if he gets marked he will no longer be able to receive donations (From clean traders), sign items, do trading videos, or anything related to trading.

You would have to be dumb to not accept a burning TC, but you'd also be dumb to toss away a reputation as large as Muselk's for a scammed burning TC.

Im not too concerned about the outcome of the investigation, I dont really trade anymore sadly, although I used to have a blast doing it. Just thought Id clear up the confusion (which there seems to be a lot of). I asked if I could borrow the TC to make a video with, ended up scrapping the video, and then traded it back 2 days later.

Never thought people would care this much about it haha, but there you go.

That said, if there is an established rule that all who hold the cursed TC must be banned then Id encourage the admins to keep following the rule. Not looking for special treatment.

 

He didn't scam it, he just borrowed it for a couple days, which in no way directly helps the scammer.

The Golden Frying Pan in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KTVsfWXbcbg was borrowed from the same marked scammer, he was met with no consequences then, so why now?

 

He wasn't marked by the time of the video.

 

Thought he had been marked for a couple years already, never mind then.

I still don't see how borrowing an item deserves a mark thought.
