    don't understand why certain sites continue to be given free passes

    sweetstakes has persistently and unabashedly allowed for scammers to fence and bet items with alts

    The accused obtained the items through a 3rd party service and not through a direct trade with the user, he couldn't have known who he was exchanging items with. Rejected.
