Description: Tried to scam me using a Non-Marketable Sandbox Game Shirt. Marketable ones are worth over 30$ on SCM.

Item misrepresentation i think. His one is not marketable, he tried to make me accept the deal by linking the marketable version's SCM page and in the page it was worth alot.

 

How is he misrepresenting it? It's tradeable the marketable version is tradeable. He went to the market, saw his item on there and then sent you a trade offer when he saw it was worth $30. He never said his was marketable. He linked the item on the market and said it was worth $30. I certainly would have done the exact same thing if I were him.
