What happened? Description:
The man in question, Ulysses, has been on my friendslist for a quite some time. We've gone back and forth, on offers for my Burning Crones Dome, and last week he offered me a trade offer. In the description it stated that he was paying 193 buds. After a little time to think I decided to accept this offer.

Unfortunately, only 191 buds went through. I talked to him, and he said he just noticed that two were untradable, and agreed to trade me those as soon as they became tradable. I was satisfied with this answer, until he started ignoring me.

After finally getting contact with him this morning, the chat (posted below) happened. I wouldn't make such a big deal out of two buds except A) He's being a huge dick about it, and B) He went back on his word, which is a major deal for me, especially with high tier traders.

He's firm in the belief that because I didn't check over every bud, that it justifies him to not have to pay the agreed amount. Hopefully this is untrue, but I've found no rulings about it. I am taking this as a misrepresentation of items, and wait to hear what admins have to say.​

Whats with the cheap price anyways, you could have gotten WAY WAY more.

To all it may concern, I am wholeheartedly remorseful about my actions regarding this incident. I was wrong in believing I was entitled to keep the items, and I have been made aware of the error I made.
