PP7 bought the TC from the scammer who swapped TC's with mordor. The scammer isn't in the history because of private BP, but rock into mordor has the cursed TC and now PP7 has the clean (or once was clean) TC that the scammer got from rock.

He is already cautioned for trading with scammers by FoG
