Guilty of: Impersonation, Attempted Scam

Description:
The reported Party has added me wanting to buy my Liquidator's Lid (as seen in the Picture) for almost the full Price,, which directly looked somehow fishy. After I took a look a the Rep Thread he linked, it was obvious that he was impersonating someone else and tried to scam me (either when I go first or later by a chargeback).
Also, he has a bit too many Buds/Unusuals in his BP, considering his low Playtime - and after taking a look at the SR Forums, he got a lot of open Reports against him.
