the trade was for some KF2 dlc,the key given was fake. the accused said he'll look into it after a while (instead removed him and renamed himself)
The Victim contacted Tripwire and the key was proven to be fake.
After talking to the Accused his attitude changed from "i don't know this guy" and "i only gave him the code,it's not my issue if it doesn't work" to "yea,he said it doesn't work,but it wasn't believable"
oh ya,and he unfriended me a bit after i talked to him.

it's obvious there is something fishy going on.

After taking a look at your report, I unfortunately have to come to the conclusion that I cannot accept this report. I base my judgement on the following reasons.

There is no proof that the accused and the victim have agreed on anything.​

Unless the victim is able to provide a screenshot of his chat with the accused, clearly showing the agreement they made (how much does the DOSH skin cost, how many skins do you want for it), there is no proof that they agreed on a trade.

This report is based on a key code.​

As per Steamrep investigation policy, key code reports are not investigated. Besides that, we cannot say for sure that the accused sent this code to the victim.
