Implemented 6v4 "Problem"

    So while playing, I had a problem. I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, so gonna post it here anyways.

    If it's a feature, the maximum teamsize for CT's should be limited to 5, as the entire point of retakes is to be a mitigation of actual matchmaking, which obviously has a teamcap of 5. It makes T's feel like there's too much to deal with, and it's makes the games quite unfair.

    Should've probably mentioned in the title Retakes, my bad.

    Changed cvar sm_retakes_ratio_constant to 0.5 (was 0.425 before), maybe that fixes it.

    I think the reason the ratio was set to 0.425 is because it's usually supposed to be a 5v4, because it would be the closest thing to a real scenario if there was 1 CT.

    Coming back to this, with the ratio at 0.5, there's often rounds where there are more CT's than T's, which feels way, way too hard. The best way about it would probably be to reduce the ratio to the old ratio, 0.425, and reducing the playerlimit to 9. This would mean a maximum of 5 CT's and 4 T's, which feels pretty fair, and is what most servers use.

    Reset it to 9 players/0.425 ratio.
