First of all, thanks for the report.

I've decided to decline this report. The user he traded with is only banned on OP for being an alt of someone who has pending SR reports. His "main" isn't banned for scamming in any place. Nor would I classify it as an obvious alt since he has around 400 hours on TF2 and a good 100 friends.
