Hello everyone, I'm currently looking around to find a nice loadout for Soldier since I got some leftover money and I'm planning on getting some nice clothes for him. For all of those who will tell me to visit the "loadout.tf" website, I'm here to get some opinions and creative ideas for what looks good on soldier. What I'm looking for in the loadout: - Preferably items that are painted black - Of course some nice taste of fashion Sorry if there is some other threads about this, anyways, thanks! Pink/Green/White/Black are overrated my dude I had a similar dilemma during the Christmas Mann Co Store Sale.. paints such as the Black/White/Lime/Pink were significantly cheaper As I loaded my steam wallet, and entered the store, it hit me Paints such as these don't really fit well with both team colors So I decided to put in a little more creativity! Pretty sure you know LazyPurple He has all his stuff painted purple, and me being a huge fan two years ago, I did the exact same thing Until i cashed out and got rid of all that, fast forward to the Christmas Sale, it was time for a change of pace In loadout.tf i spent a pretty good amount browsing through items and paint variations until I came to the conclusion that any team color paint that's NOT Team Spirit/The Value of Teamwork can look REALLY good on all classes In my case, I have all nine classes' cosmetics painted Balaclavas are Forever. You could do that, it looks really good! Or you can just use the other team color paints (An Air of Debonair/Cream Spirit/Operator's Overalls/Waterlogged Lab Coat) At one point I had the tendency of creating sets @loadout.tf where a hat/hairdo to be painted Operator's Overalls, a potential shirt/coat/suit/piece of clothing would be An Air of Debonair and the third misc to be Balaclavas are forever My Soldier setup is The Skullcap;Eye-Catcher;Fancy Dress Uniform - all painted balaclavas I really like the style I've made it into, but perhaps if you fancy something more common, go for the Samurai Set - Killer's Kabuto, Shogun's Shoulder Guard and the Menpo - regarding paints maybe go for the style I went for prior to painting all my stuff BAF (Kabuto-OO;Shogun-AAoD;Menpo-BAF) I could go on and on about it as I find one's virtual item fashion sense very intriguing, but I'll cut it here You can also get some more in-depth fashion advice at r/tf2 fashion advice (just search that on google)
