    Hello!

There are some situations that happen on the server that the current rules have failed to at least fully cover.
So here is my list of the rules that should be added with the current ones. I've also made a brief explanation to make them more clear/specific.

    Let's get started, shall we?

    Reds:
    -
You must be AFK frozen while choosing your last request. (a simple rule to reduce delaying)
-No forcebaiting (New players might think force baiting is allowed here, which really isn't. so why isn't there a rule about it?)
-Do not start a minigame without warden's permission. (Most wardens seem to kill whoever starts a minigame without permission anyway, which confuses a lot of players)
-Do not annoy the warden by asking for a repeat multiple times every single order, especially when other players can understand the warden just fine. (This has been abused recently by few regulars on the server, which is super annoying)

Might be unnecessary, but here it is anyway:
-You may only ask for a repeat when you are alive and not rebelling. (the "You are always allowed to ask for a repeat" rule is just too simple and can be easily abused to annoy wardens)

    Guards:
    -
You must suicide if you freekilled a Red, even if it was unintentional. (Self-explanatory)
-Do not freehit (Freeshooting/Freehitting is not covered in the rules, yet it's still not allowed.)
-Do not freekill/freehit Reds indirectly (for example, activating bombs around Reds in minefield, as a guard.)
-Do not go inside cells when Reds are still there. (Not sure if "Cell baiting" is a thing or not, but many people tend to believe it's not allowed.)

This might fall under the favouritism category, might be unnecessary:

-Do not help prisoners kill guards/warden (for example, building and destroying dispensers repeatedly for a chance to give ammo to nearby Reds. Or trapping a guard with Reds so he gets killed for baiting)

    LR/Day specific rules:
    -
If you are on a freeday, you may not act as a normal prisoner to trick the warden into killing you (ah yes, another important one. frequently done by some regulars to report wardens they hate.)

    Reference:
    -
Warday: The guards will camp a certain area of the map, during that time the Reds can take and use ammo. Then, both teams will start fighting each after a certain amount of time which is determined by the warden.
-Pool: a place with water where Reds can choose to play minigames including but not limited to Sharking or Fishing.
-Sharking (pool game): a minigame done inside pool, where one guard is chosen to be the shark, said guard will jump inside water to kill as much Reds as he can using melee weapons only.
-Fishing (pool game): a minigame done inside pool where Reds try to stay underwater for as much time as they can, otherwise they get shot by guards.
-Trust Day: friendly-fire will be enabled the entire round, a prisoner can choose to kill a teammate and be KOS for it or simply live in peace with the others with no blood involved.
-Lucky Day: (I don't know how to explain this to be honest)

Do you agree or disagree? I will be glad to modify this thread according to your feedback.
    Thanks for reading!

-You must be AFK frozen while choosing your last request.
That rule would just make the Warden say one Sentence less. No specific need for that.

    -No forcebaiting
If you mean by forcebaiting running up to a guard and saying it is bait. It really isn't. The Red is just rebelling. So this is already covert by the rules.

-Do not start a minigame without warden's permission.
Is already included in the rule "- You are not allowed to press buttons without permission. (This includes doors.)"

-Do not annoy the warden by asking for a repeat multiple times every single order, especially when other players can understand the warden just fine.
Well, The warden HAS to give up to 2 repeats. Not more, not less. If other can understand the warden just fine, maybe the player who asked for the repeat didn't. Thats what the rule is for. The only thing people can do is to let the warden say every command 3 times, which isn't that bad.
Also this rule: - You may not ask for a repeat after 10 seconds of the order being given or you will be KOS for abusing the '!r' command.
So if someone askes for a repeat after those 10 secounds you can just kill them. Taking 10 secounds for one order isn't that bad.

-You may only ask for a repeat when you are alive and not rebelling.
Might be a good rule. But you should leave out the rebelling part, since rebellers can ask for a pardon.

-You must suicide if you freekilled a Red, even if it was unintentional.

That's covert by the combination of the two following rules:
    Guards (BLU):
    - Don't Freekill (When a Guard kills a Prisoner who is following every rule).
    Warden (BLU):
    - Don't give kill orders, e.g. "Kill this Guard" or "Kill that Prisoner", unless the person has done something wrong. (Bait, rebel, etc.)
Which means the Warden has the Permission the give a Kill order to the Person who Freekilled. Suicide is optional to save time.

    -Do not freehit
Agreeing with you there. Might want to change the rule
    - Don't Freekill (When a Guard kills a Prisoner who is following every rule).
    to
    - Don't attack a Prisoner who is following every rule
In that way in would include Freehitting and Freekilling.

    -Do not freekill/freehit Reds indirectly
Your minefield example is kinda bad, since that falls into baiting. See this rule:
    - A BLU is baiting if he enters a game without a starting button (obby, deathrun, stairway to heaven, etc.)
    Please specify this further

-Do not go inside cells when Reds are still there.

This could be made a rule, but it isn't. And it's not really necessary to make it a rule, just because some people might belive this rule exist.

-Do not help prisoners kill guards/warden

Would be a nice addition... Tho it is not really specified.
I see it alot that a Guard just gives ammo to reds with the help of dispencers. I think thats the only thing that Rule should focus on. Faggot should think about it.

-If you are on a freeday, you may not act as a normal prisoner to trick the warden into killing you
Thats what the Sparkle Particle Effect is there for.

I won't comment on the References. I just wanted to go over the Rules you try to implement.
In the end, @Faggot@Faggot has to decide which rule makes it and which one doesn't.
I hope I could help tho.

Warden can just say "stay afk frozen while picking the lr" if needed(Don't want to extent the rules if not needed, they are already long enough)

There is a section that espacially made with the reason to define "Baiting", anything not in that section is not baiting and if the "new players" don't read the rules anyway they won't know if it's allowed therefore it's their fault if they die for falsely claiming bait.

Read the rules more carefully next time, there already is a rule forbidding you to start games without permission(- You cannot start games without warden's permission. For example passing traps on deathrun or climbing the stairway to heaven.)

Yeah good luck proving that someone is abusing the repeat command and isn't just deaf or didn't understand the order. Not adding this

A rebeller can still ask for a repeat in attempt to maybe get back to the group without being noticed and a dead person thinking there might have been freekills could also ask for a repeat to avoid false reports/accusations(However if people spam it they are basically spamming/abusing and can be punished)

This would lead people to freekilling people suiciding and saying it's fine now, if you freekilled a red as guard you broke a rule and will be punished, but anyone who really wants to keep playing on jb will suicide afterwards and apoligize to the one they freekilled. However someone who doesn't care about continuing playing or didn't read the rules to begin with wouldn't suicide anyway.

This is part of the do not freekill rule as normal guards can not see a reds health and freehitting them would give them the disadvantage or even kill them.
If you freehit a red and he dies from the shot(freekill) or dies shortly afterwards due to falldamage in a game for example will both be considered as a freekill.

This obviously applies to the do not freekill a red rule, if you are responsible for a reds death by for example pushing him, blowing up bombs close to him or shoot a soccer ball at him you will be punished the same as if you freekilled him with your gun.

Entering a reds cell is not bait, if they are doing a game inside the cells you are baiting for entering, however completely blocking a blue from going into a reds cell while reds are inside would lead to rebellers easily being able hide in their cells unable to be killed and just waiting for their rebell status to get removed.

Building dispenser/teleporter close to reds giving them free ammo counts as favourtism and is bannable, if a blue follows reds inside a game and is trapped in there he is to blame for going inside the game (only a warden is able to trap a blue inside the game as he is the only one who is allowed to open the doors to games, if he forces a blue to go inside a game, traps him in there and then orders the reds to kill the blue it is seen as a kill order and not allowed)

Warden is able to tell freedays to try not to blend in with the reds, if they choose to still do so afterwards they will be responsible for their own death if shot.

Wardens have to explain the meaning of warday if they are asked to do so by reds, I will not specify the warday itself as a warden is allowed to make slight changes to a warday, for example you may only use your melee weapon, manhunt will begin immediately or blues are allowed to just spread out on the map.

I will not add these to the rules to avoid them getting any longer without anything gained by that, if I add these people will just want me to explain every game on the rules making them 3 times longer than what they are already. If a warden choses to play a more complicated game he will have to explain it if asked to do so.

Why would I add something to the rules that isn't even explained to me.

Now stop forcing me to write so much I'm a very lazy person
    Closing and moving
