Wallet code reports are only accepted under very specific circumstances, and we make no guarantees that even then they will be accepted.

No, they change on every report at our discretion, so theres no easy way to give you a set of definitive criterion. The main point is whether the code given is invalid or redeemed, but that does not mean that just because a code is invalid that we'll accept the report.
