Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I am new to kz and community servers in general and I did not expect there was a differance from regular casual servers hosted by steam. I wasn't aware that other rules apply here including the fact that raging in chat when failing or being annoyed is a problem. I deeply apologize for having violated this rule, I simply did not know. Nevertheless I can promise not to make the same mistake again if you are kind enough to give me a chance. I really am sorry e.e​
