Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Just because I had my name the same as a member of rep middleman list doesn't mean I had intent to do anything bad. There was zero proof of me doing anything wrong besides having the same name.... Also, a bot account for my website was also banned when the site is completely legit. My smurf was ALSO banned. So just because I had the same name as a middleman on an account with no bad intentions, my smurf and a bot account for a betting website were also banned. Not Fair. ​

 

Also, I forgot to mention... One of the accounts you said was an alt of mine is not even my account. I do not own http://steamcommunity.com/id/ripinpip/. That is my friend's profile that he allowed me to borrow for a short amount of time a long time ago. I no longer have anything to do with that account, so it is unfair to him as well. I own a bot for my website and a smurf. That is all.

These are the only 2 accounts that I own. However, my website I own(ed) was hacked before I left for vacation 2 weeks ago and he wanted money for access back and I didn't pay him. So, he got access to the bot account and has changed the password and some info on the account. So, I no longer have any access to that account.... I didn't even realize he had the bot account until I looked now and saw that it was different and I couldn't log in. I thought he just had access to the site.

Update: I was able to go into steam and recover the bot account, so I do have access again.

 

You said that you only changed your name, but you also changed your picture. This is your last time to come completely clean. Did you attempt to scam anyone?

 

Whether I say yes or no, you have no proof I did anything... You are making assumptions based on my steam name. There is no physical evidence of any kind that I used that name to scam someone. It is unlawful to punish someone without any evidence. I live in the US.... I'm not sure the same rules apply where-ever you are from, but here... you are innocent until you are proven guilty. I haven't been proven guilty of anything but changing my steam profile which I believe I have the freedom to do.

Also we're allowed to ban you from our site and SteamRep. SteamRep is not set in place to punish people it is in place to warn other communities. You breached one of their and our rules by impersonating an admin/middleman of a partner community, and we are therefore allowed to ban you for that.

 

I did change my picture at one point. I never denied that. You also ban my smurf and a bot to my betting website. It makes my site look bad. You ban all of my accounts that I own because you ASSUME I may have tried to scam someone, without any real proof. Also, you banned an account that is not even mine. At the very least, I ask that you unban that account cause it is unfair to my friend.

Again... Why is this relevant. I feel like I have the freedom of changing my steam to whatever I want. I don't see how I could be banned for that. That's like saying, "you have the same name as someone who is a police officer, therefore, you are charged with impersonating a police officer". Had there been any evidence I used the name for wrong, it would be totally different. Maybe I just liked the name and picture... Maybe it was just a coincidence they were the same! There is no proof to say it wasn't!

Again you didn't answer the question. We can ban you for whatever we like, and as long as SteamRep is ok with the bans we put on their system, it's all fine. The bans made on our forums and on SteamRep have nothing to do with the American legal system. Your responces are based on hypotheticals. "What if I did this" or "What if I did that". I'm not asking what you might have done. I'm asking about what you actually did.

Plus also you changed your name to match @Someone several times even copying both styles he uses/used and went as far as changing your custom URL to match his.
