I found this guy sending offers to other persons from RIPSkins, he dont sent me any offers but he is still impersonating a RIPSkins Bot. But i Know exactly that he scammed a M9 Bayonet Damascus Steel FT and a AK Vulcan WW StatTrak ( Items are on his Main Account )

What evidence do you have that the two accounts are linked?

What evidence do you have that the scammer is impersonating a RIPSkins bot to scam people? Anyone can make their names "RIPSkins.net#3 " (for example), but they may not necessarily be scamming someone. We would need a screenshot of "I found this guy sending offers to other persons from RIPSkins".

If you do not know the victims, how do you know those are the items that were scammed?

Unless you have screenshot proof for the questions above, there is nothing we can do. Feel free to remake another report, but only when you have any type of required evidence.
