He HAD the keys when he agreed to trade but after he scammed my gift he must have traded them or something

Well he unblocked me, he is on my friend list since 04.04.2016 but he hasn't given me my keys yet, I haven't talked to him about it either, trying to respect what he posted on this thread 5 days ago that he is going to give me back my keys

@Dante, I recomment that you revoke the game and report him on his profile. In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report

 

I CAN'T revoke the gift since it has been more than 18 days of purchase and I don't use paypal or chargebacks, he also played more than 2 hours since the first day he scammed it so there is NO chance of refunding it either, let him have it

However I thank everyone who was kind enough to support, I reported him on Steam too along side you guys, also literally all my friends reported him on steam too, and I wish anyone who is checking this thread may report that scammer so he gets the trade ban he deserves
