First things:
You said you gave the knife back, to verify this you'll need to get the person that reported you to post on this appeal, and you'll need to post a picture of your inventory history from your steam client (you can cover up your account name and steam wallet funds in the top right) showing the trade where you sent back the knife.

If you can ask him to post on the appeal that you returned the items, that should be fine for now.

And @CaptainWhaleSharks can you just post a picture of your trade history showing you repaying Mr.Giang? You can cover up your account name and wallet amount in the top right if you wish.

Hello @CaptainWhaleSharks, as ninja stated we need to see the steam support ticket (with a Steam support reply) that you provided in the first appeal you made. The chargeback was issued by you and you have, so far, failed to provided any proof that your pc was "hacked". You're free to provide any proof that your pc was compromised- Steam support ticket; paypal email, etc...

i just changed my login credentials i though that would be better then dealing with steam support

 

there is the proof that i changed my password

 

i dug through my mail and found this i hope this can help

 

Hello @CaptainWhaleSharks, you provided a steam support ticket in your last appeal please provide it again with the steam support reply.
As I said before you're free to provide any proof that your pc was compromised- Steam support ticket; paypal email, etc...
