- a screenshot of all your relevant inventory history (one trade from the day before the scam, all the way up until now). This time please take these from the Steam client, with overlapping trades in the screenshots.
- a screenshot of the original chat trade agreement with the accused, taken from the Steam Client, we cannot proceed without this.
- a screenshot of the PayPal Chargeback from the resolution centre on your PayPal, showing the full window including the URL bar.

Please take special note, that all screenshots should be:
- not cropped, and include the full window in all cases.
- not edited in any way, this includes drawing arrows/circling things. Crossing out of your Steam account name is OK.
- showing the URL bar in all cases, including in the Steam Client.
