Implemented Summary of all Improvement suggestions

So basically lots of suggestions were left standing in the room and i thought id just make a thread to sum them all up again.

1. RTV taken from potatoes
I did not find the actual post, but Trisstar apparently made a post about taking the RTV from potatoes. The permission was taken from them but the RTV counter still counts in all the players, not those with a certain rank. So there is rarely any possibility for a RTV to go through.
(Basically there are only 5 people can RTV but theres a total of 20 people on the server and it needs 10 to accept a RTV)

2. Report bot
I think this feature would be a good addition to the cs servers and make our jobs as CS admins a little more efficient instead of relying on trusted members when we are not on the server.

I know, n0 turned this down already with the argument that "Well, barely anyone resolves reports nowadays anyways.." But since now 2 people already suggested it and people said that they would actually use it I think its a valuable implemention.

3. Whisper command
Add a whisper command like !whisper and it will give you a list of names which you can select from and whisper to. To respond to a whisper maybe !w, to be quicker.

OK well i was on the donator surf server around 6hrs ago and there was 2 people on the server, we rtv and it said that we needed 3 votes with only 2 people on the server. that just didn't seem right.

 

I already talked to n0 and he said that hell have to restart the server

 

so there are 5 of us on the server we try to rtv and:

Seems to work fine.
Scenario:
I had 3 people with rtv-able accounts, my smurf that for some reason was able to rtv aswell with 284 points and one 0 point person on the server.
It said 2 votes required which seemed normal to me. The only weird thing is that why is my smurf able to rtv

The point limit to rtv seems to be lowered to 150 points which is fine by me. All good. Works!

Seems like you set the "count for votable people" to 300 and the minimum to rtv to 150.

 

If the minimum to be able to RTV is over 150 then yes. If not, no.
(Its seriously fucking hard to test on advanced)

 

Yes it works, still overlapping with the Radio plugin though. (it says "Yoda thinks this DJ is a poon" or sthng..)
Maybe remove the !p command from the Radioplugin?
Also is it possible to make it more visible or use the default chatcolors? Its all white and VERY easily overseen.

Is it also possible to add a !rpm command to directly reply to the guy that sent you a pm without having to type !pm [NAME] [MESSAGE] again?
