    What's the specified reason?
    1. Brokering for scammer alt
    2. Trading with marked/obvious scammers

Why do you think you should be unbanned?
With the recent introduction of the "Trading with marked scammers rule" via SteamRep, all bans, from the past and forthright will be disregarded. "As probably the biggest change, we plan to remove the policy that can escalate to a ban or caution in "Trades with Scammer" situations. This will apply to existing bans and also to partner bans and cautions." - Mattie! Mattie! explicitly stated that this would apply to SteamRep and partner bans, henceforth, FoG, being a partner of SteamRep, would have to abide by this rule. Moreover, the brokering for marked scammers (even if I did not know he was a marked scammer) would fall into that same category. A trade was not even completed between the two users and I was never paid for my services, consequently, I technically did not broker for him. On the flip side, I did not voluntarily trade with a marked scammer, I was actually scammed by one which is one of the reasons I was quite infuriated with SteamRep and it's affiliates. I realize, Tio, that you said I could not appeal again, but I feel that this is more than enough reason to. I would like to get back into trading with the rise of Team Fortress 2 competitive. Please take my points into consideration!

    Yours truly,
    Vic

P.S. I can provide the necessary proof of the brokering and the trade history of when I was scammed by Jessica♥.

~On a side note, I know for a fact that no trade went through between the marked user and the nonmarked user. I had not partnered with him and had made previous deals with him when he was unmarked so it did not cross my mind to check. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Or if you can prove that a deal did in fact go through between the marked and unmarked users, ban me for life.

Just FYI, brokering is still not allowed.
Also, one of the accounts listed as an alt on your SR profile was also found to be impersonating an admin, can you explain?

I don't know if my last post went through so I guess I'll reiterate myself and explain for the second time. I don't believe what I had done was brokering seen as no deal went through, but that is wholeheartedly for you to decide. Regarding the alt account, I take complete and utter responsibility for that. I did not have any malicious intent behind the account. I had meant for it to portray me as a figure of power and authority for my friend who is new to trading and the whole market itself. He is quite skeptical since he doesnt know me in real life and decided to trust another friend, so it was to no avail. Regardless, I thought that he would see me as a power figure and trust me more. Nonetheless there was absolutely no intent to scam anyone with that account, only for it to satisfy my own ego. As soon as you pointed it out in my first appeal I changed it ten fold, even going to a great a length as to sell all of the emoticons. I realize that I've made a mistake and I would be extremely gracious if you would remove the tag. The mark has been like a rain cloud hanging heavy over my head for the past 351 days and I want to trade again without people being skeptical about my mark.

    Sincerely,
    Vic

That is an account for Counter Strike I sold to a guy for a MW AK Vulcan with two Crown Foil Stickers. I do not own that account anymore.

    Alt: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Vxtimisbackbitches/
    Alt 2: http://steamcommunity.com/id/UniqueBonqui/
Alt 3? WAS an alt, but I sold it for skins for its CS:GO rank: http://steamcommunity.com/id/1489324584/
Not an Alt, this is my lifelong best friend who got marked because he let me use his reddit account to post on /r/globaloffensivetrade: http://steamcommunity.com/id/theybreathe/

I was impersonating an admin, IIRC, for like a week? I really don't remember but I know it wasn't long. Those are all the alts I have.

EDIT: Apparently it was longer than a week, but I can send you the trade history on that account for the period of time which I had the impersonation.
