Implemented Donator Server, RTV

My suggest is to reduce the amount of votes needed to change the map. The last few times when we wanted to rtv the amount of votes needed for a change was even higher then the actual player count. This doesn't make any sense to me. The nice thing about the server was that you could change the map whenever you wanted. Thats especially frustrating when the player who was on the server before played a high tier map you can't surf. So even when someone is alone on the server he wont be able to change the map until the time ran down.

 

Yeah this has been a thing for around a week, there is already a thread on it and no name is trying to fix it. It should be fixed soon. Just be patient
