Trading two hats under 30$ to marked scammers. ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Someone told me there was a new rule about this?

I've sold over 6000$ in paypal transaction with this game. Mostly keys, but have sold hats to users for paypal. Have sold oddities before. I dont really trade anymore, mostly just a collector.

The tf2-trader forums were down for me but here was the cash rep thread. I dont know if they removed these forums or something?
