Hello @ForteSP , since you cannot get the victim to provide more evidence, I'm going to review this report with @Someone and see if it has enough evidence for tag.

Entage asked for the ideal evidence, and that's his role to ask for all the evidence a report like this should have: Proof of agreement, Item history , proof of breach of agreement. Since we have an admission we are going to have a look at it, despite the lack of ideal evidence.

This is now Under Investigation.

 

As Forte stated, the victim quite frankly had quite some difficulty posting here in the first place as I had to guide him through it. If what Entage asked for is required I'll see what I can do to get what is needed.

I can confirm that even tho the screenshots are real, most dont really know what happened. Taz even said in the end, right before the trade hold, that it was up to me to choose what to do because he had to go to School. His last message to me was "I rally dont care what u do, its up to you, do what you think is right". Taz even commented that he didn`t care on his profile, and also said he knew he had his change to cancel the trade, but didn`t (ask Noob3 here). I was up to either buy 2600 keys or get it for 10 keys, and when it wont upset him, I chose the last one, like most would have done. I could also say alot of thing about Venom did in Our chat that can make him insta banned, but sadly I cant now because he removed me. First and most important, I want you to ask Taz what I said, and to see what his view about this is. Because from now there has been alot of screenshots of texting but not of action, so I hope you guys really dig into this case deeply to see that this was accepted by Taz himself.

 

Before saying shit, show proof of the shit you say. You literally can not prove shit because with all the proof Venom, Forte and Me and other dudes have showed you literally knew that you was scamming him, and that you did not care even by a tiny bit, if you would have went along with a shark and not a trade agreement shark you wouldn't have been punished by SteamRep affiliated websites, and Venom wouldn't get banned for anything he said, its the actions that matter not the things you say, you on the other hand from the beginning was trying to fuck somebody, and was saying rude shit about most of the community. You literally fell for the most retarded scam, and still was salty after you sold your hat at 3 times less the price it got sold the next day. If you could show that Taz let you choose on which to do 2600 keys or 10 keys, he wouldn't have said in his comment that he got scammed, so literally all you are now trying to do is to dodge the ban to sell the hat and be an angel in the community of tf2.

P.S. Don't bother blaming me on scamming the burning ke, you've done this numerous times, you literally can't come up with anything to say against me that isn't that.

It appears as if Taz is very very rarely on Steam, and as Forte mentioned, does not understand Steam very well.

Unfortunately, this report may have to go on without the rest of the evidence.

However, as listed above, Levi literally admits to scamming on this thread. Isn't that enough?

As Tio said above, him and Someone are trying to proceed without it, but it would be nice and make the whole process easier if we had all the evidence.

 

The lack of edvidence Ricky, ForteSP and Venom shows should make this case closed. Some screenshots of me texting stuff doesen`t mean anything, because there are no proof around the trade itself, the action and on his side. It was a trade agreement by both parties, it even states so at the bp tf report. I hope you (Enstage/Tio) look at this logically and follow the rules of how this should go.

 

There's enough proof it literally shows that you went to scam and scammed, nothing you say can disapprove that, the dude who bought the hat from you will get punished as hard.

Secondly, the "I sold my hat" was a joke, but you are to dumb to even get it. I feel im stuck between two jackasses who both sharked an unusual before going after me because I am the only one valid here. You lack of edvidence of the trade itself, this report is going downhill as we speak. Your saying "there is already enough proof" how in the blue heaven is that enough proof? I text doesent reveal anything before you see it by yourself.
Also, if this would have been such a scam that you two are making it up, I would have already been marked. You two losers are ganging up on me because either you got no social life and try your best to make things the worst possible for me, or you just want to redeem yourself after the stupid shit you did before, same goes with Ricky. Also, im waiting for the angry Rick reply now.

You guys should understand that without an actual agreement a report is kinda hard to handle.
Normally we just archive the reports which are lacking this, but due to the value of the items that were being handled here. Our mods decided to take a look into it.

Maybe you guys might think, he confirmed... bla bla bla.... just ban him already.
A confession isn't that easily taken as proper proof. If we would use the confession from a user as our solid evidence against the mark, then we could have major problems when the user retract that chat or says that isn't him etc. We have to get solid evidence, this is why an agreement is a must in most reports, and our mods are doing there best in investigating this matter.

Also, discussing something won't help at all.

The investigating mods will have an answer to this report as soon as possible. We won't try to rush it because faults are easily made.

After some internal discussion, we have decided that there is not enough evidence for a tag.

Yes, we do understand the accused has admitted to scamming. But as stated by Downie, confessions can be easily retracted. Without the original agreement, both victim and accused could be joking around to screw with ForteSP, TheVenomWithin, and Rick James for all we know.
