Well, it appears you have a slight addiction for Team Fortress as do I.

Best way is to completely pour milk into your PC, make sure your CPU is getting clogged (Must be off-date cloggy milk)

Then just get some water and sit down, drink. Make sure its quiet though, you can concentrate better, then you will turn to your PC and realize you can no longer play it therefore.. more study time.

In all seriousness I dont have any legit tips on how to study but you might wanna just like sit and think to yourself which is more important.

Get ice cream, candy, chips, mcdonalds, whatever you like and feel the strength and power envelop your body with motivation.
Works for me, but I don't have very much homework so be careful not to turn into a blob.

Well this happend for me before what i did to solve it is that i lowered my playtime from 2 hours to a 1 (for example).

Just lower your playtime during the day.

Hopefully it works for you too.

I always study at school. Between classes or afternoon/evening. That helps me. ^-^

You should ask for example @Downy@Downy to change your name.

And if you want to study... well delete the game xD

I had the exact same problem.

Try to stay away from your pc. And play only on Sundays and Saturdays.

If you cant get away from the PC you have a bigger issue than you not being able to study.

Find what you want to prioritise in your life, school or TF2. It may sound hard but it is how it is.

Regarding studying, just turn off the PC so any annoying background noise is gone, sit on your bed, get a propper light and try to find the best way for you to memorize stuff. Either reading it out loud with closed eyes and try to repeat after a while. Or writing it in the air. Just reading it can be enough for some people. If that doesnt work try moving around in your room while studying. (Those are legit ways to study. Look it up)

Be a bit more determined regarding school and itll work out.

I've had this problem many times over.

If you really want to "fix" it, there is a few things I can recommend.
1st you'd want to find something you want to reach. Set yourself a goal for this year. Lets say, get atleast this many points in whatever you're studying for.
2nd you want to stay focussed on that goal. Even if it seems boring and killing people while wearing funny hats seems alot more entertaining, stay determined.
3rd remember what you're actually doing it for. You're doing this for yourself. You're getting educated because you want to reach something in life. You can play videogames your entire life, if you want to do that, but what matters now is something else.

If you change your mindset, it should work out.

    Good luck!
It could also help to just uninstall the game, even though it can be hard, but if you can't discipline yourself and manage your time poorly, it can't really be helped.

Pay attention to the class, you'll learn at least 60% - 70% of things there. Do homework to confirm that you have learned things you need to know, open a book while you are on bus etc. I don't know much about that addiction but whatever

To be honest I don't remember to have ever studied at home(Besides doing homework). The only thing I did was being careful and paying attention in class, had above average grades even on the subjects I hated and lacked on.

See, what all these idiots here dont know, is that the key to learning is taking a 9 mm, putting it to your forehead and pulling the trigger. Works like a charm, im telling you.
