What happened?
The accused ("Cyto") wanted to buy an item from me by Paypal. He said he'd pay first, but I never actually received anything after he said he'd sent it. Meanwhile, He tried pushing me into sending the item, despite the lack of payment which he just tried to sweep under the rug. I gave him opportunities to prove that he had actually sent a payment, but he just brushed those aside and accused me of scamming him instead.
