Basically he added me blatantly impersonating a giveaway winner (Very shortly after I made the winner announcement), and I asked him multiple times if he won, and he lied and said yes every time. When I confronted him about this, he changed his name, changed his profile picture, and made his profile private, but not before denying he did anything wrong.
