Description: Well, this one's a strange one. Short version is: Guy added me. Wants to break the rules in trading to sell items to a convicted scammer by both SteamRep and Steam Support. Ended with me berating the trader, which to be honest, he's got more coming.

Long version: This guy added me wanting me to middleman for him. I knew he had something on his record and was going to ask about it but he just kept going on and on how I need to do so-and-so and then tries to play the system, first telling me what I need to do, then acting the fool just to feign/hide the fact he's trading with marked scammers.

User who is already banned by the community and currently on the probation status from his earlier Valve Trade Ban:

I didn't do the trade and truth be told, given his pending reports, which are probably worthy of merit...Caution Requested for knowingly and willingly trading with marked users; playing the fool when it comes to the rules.

I also had no intention of going through the trade, I wanted to see how far the accused would go. He really could care less about the community's standards. Not to mention ignoring Steam ToS.
