Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I will not deny that I used that account before. But it was so long time ago when that account 76561198159691542 was been hijacked and been stolen from me including its confidential details. I had an issue of account security way back then. There's no reason for me to be banned because first, I'm innocent on doing such scam. Second, I've been a legit trader and supplier with others who have high reputation threads for over a year now. And last, I’ve been making far too much money buying and selling keys for me to bother scamming. Please review my case I know there is just a misunderstanding about this circumstance.

If the account was hacked/hijacked then you could have got it back at any point which I guess you also have?

In my support, Valve was asking the receipt of wallet code for the activation of my account which I cannot provide to preserve my previous profile. As I've said, my account has been hijacked so therefore everything was totally changed from its email and password which is the same as my Steam account to its recovery features. Obviously for that reason I can't access anymore and it made me fail to retrieve it. Well I did not neglect. Instead, I've stood in need of information and advises from people whom I knew who can help me. But I still failed.

In certainty, the feeling of hopelessness is awful so I moved on and made another profile. Though the contents of my previous account was a little bit of a loss, but I still need to keep in line and keep in working. So this is my second account and also my second chance to take my rights. Am I?

Aside from that it was so long time ago to ado and what are we now. I do hope you can help me in times of difficulties.

That's far I can do. I cannot remember the support account that I used to send a ticket from. Aside from that, the email i used to create my steam support account is the same email I used to create my steam account which i lost too! Therefore I cannot retrieve my Steam support as well as my Steam account.

I never fail to inform everyone regarding on what happen to me. I am a trader not a scammer. As you can see I made this account in March, a couple of weeks after i lost my old account. That previous account is banned on SR 184 days ago, while I have clean reputation in the whole period off time. I never denied that it was mine, I am sincere that's why I am here to settle the circumstance I was involve.

Just because I don't have any evidences on this claim, doesn't mean I'm guilty deserving to be banned on SR. I am concerned and I want to fix this as soon as possible. If I only have an access from the email, I can easily retrieve them but then I can't recover the email because the recovery details was changed.

Hello again,

When my steam account was hacked the password to the email associated with it was the same. I was never able to regain control of the email account so Valve wouldn't help me regain control of the account. Instead of going through a long fruitless process with Steam support I just cut my losses and created a new account. This occurred between February and March of 2015 and that should be reflected in my IP data collected by the trading sites. I'm not sure if I have a dynamic IP, but there shouldn't be any overlap after the account was stolen and this one was created. I'm not a native english speaker so my friend http://steamcommunity.com/id/skaskanker/ helped me write this.
