I have talked with the victim about it, but it seems like there are some issues with linking his steam account so he can't post here for now.
At the moment, he's offline - I'll forward your request to him tomorrow and hopefully his account issue will be solved.

 

I confirm that x-Frag[Trading] tried a fake money scam on me.
