I got a caution tag after trading with a scammer for the first time ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

My brother, who SR/FOG thought was my alternate account, received a warning after he traded with a scammer before the report on me. I think I should have been given a second chance before getting the tag, so is my brother. ​
