Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I have been permanently banned. As stated in the rules, the maximum time you can be banned for spamming (I assume that is what I got banned for) is 4 hours.

To clarify, I will briefly explain what happened.
I was playing on the Jailbreak server when a friend of mine told me he was giving me back the Items I gave him a while ago. We then proceeded to trade and he traded me back my items.
I knew that big wall of text was showing up in the chat, so I decided to make a joke out of it and change my name to "Another Spammer", since we had already passed the start of the round (where the warden sometimes asks REDs to type in chat what they want to do) and were not doing Jeopardy / Trivia / Weakest Link.
Shortly after I got banned for the reason "inappropriate language". Permanently.

Even if I have not been banned for that but for swearing before (which I surely have done), the maximum amount of time for that is 1 week, again, as stated in the rules.

So, I have not fullfilled any criteria to deserve a permanent ban. That is basically why I'd like to get unbanned.

I also attached an image of a smiling ingame me (100% no photoshop) if that helps to solve this case ​
