Description:

"BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" aquired a fresh unbox recently with a value of 320 keys for about 130 keys in unusual (Mallard Muffs).

The unboxer "[PONY] Crucifix™" friend made a classified ad on backpack.tf for offers around 320 keys. The unboxer "[PONY] Crucifix™" was not aware of prices at all since it was his first key unbox. "[PONY] Crucifix™" claims that "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" made an impression that his unusual is worth 150 keys and that "[PONY] Crucifix™" will make a good deal out of this when they where talking about the trade. "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" paid him unusual taunt and third gen (he calls this a quickbuy, ~1/3 price for a high tier fresh unbox)

"BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" claims that the trade was legit, and he has 25 screenshots backing this (pretty prepared huh). To this point he failed to show any screenshots. He also didn't wanted to pay additional 80 keys recently, telling that we are trying to "bribe" him (the actual word is blackmail) cause we are treatening him with a report. He also claims that he wanted to pay a refound "[PONY] Crucifix™" the next day the trade was in place, but "[PONY] Crucifix™" already unboxed the keys and didn't wanted to buy them back on the SCM. Why would you bother with the payback offer as "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" claimed if this was legit in the first place. "[PONY] Crucifix™" claims that "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" had no intention to pay him back obliviously.

"BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" claimed that ""[PONY] Crucifix™" sent him a trade offer so the trade was clear and intentional from his part. This is also misleading, since according to "[PONY] Crucifix™" their trade session broke and "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" asked him to send an offer with the items "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" told him to add. The misleading and contradicting nature of these claims enforce the suspection. We would like "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" to submit his proof proving his point or pay up an additional 80 keys. "BudSpencer [⇄] | trade.tf" reported other people for sharking, and has Admin friends on tf2op, but why would he think that rules dont apply to him?

 

Edit: The unusual is a Something Burning This Way Comes Muffs not a Mallard one.

This is kinda messy so I summarize what the pictures contain in my views:

The screenshots boil down to 6 chat screenshots (+2 that are duplciated of these), and one accepted trade offer.

What was your first offer? When you said: "What about australium SMG?". Because the Victim is saying you tried underpaying by 250. We would need more pictures of your sent and received offers history. Then you made him send offers. Also why did you say later in the chat "why put more item?". Basicly you are just telling him to send worse and worse offers and you fail to mention prices at all. People warned him multiple times on his profile and you told me that "he was aware of the dangers", but then why engage in a fishy trade with him? Lets face it: its clear that you found him because he is not experienced in trades.

There is also a lot of recent chat logs with the victim asking for compensation (since he realised he got scammed, a few days ago). Apparently BudSpencer wants to trade-back now long after the trade has been done. The reason he would say this is because he knows this is not possible by now. These chatlogs dont have timestamps.

There is also a ton redundant pictures, like my profile and backpack.tf pricelists (readily available information), chatlog with me (its in hungarian and its about asking BudSpencer to pay back). I suggest you to clean up the chatlogs a bit, because its quite chaotic now.

 

Yes becuse he choose items what i dont sell, i say choose other he choose and put some other items what he didnt write to want and i only ask why put other items because he didnt write he want it.
I dont send trade offer he sent all.
I'm talk with he on my phone and on my tablet so i cant get more conversation proof.

Yes now we can trade back BUT we trade it nov.5. He want more keys nov.6. And i saywe can trade back if he rebuy my items buth dont want to rebuy so denciled my retrade offer.
My second ask was in the chat "can do you qs it"?so i dont pay full price and i calculate its max 200-220 keys.

Yes you let him choose and say what he can't choose AKA you are telling him what to send in the offer.When the "Victim" is online he will describe what happend with his own words. By the looks of it you started the offering flat out with a Aussie SMG thats worth like 30 keys max. And by the way, you are trying to making yourself look like the victim, when in the past you reported people for sharking multiple times. You even prepared the screenshots, because you knew that what you did is questionable. I think i would call this double standard.

The guy claims that you sharked him and damn it looks like you sharked him, do I need any more proof?

Btw, Quicksells are usually pure only (certainly not third gen "cancer"), what you gave him is not a quicksell, its a rip-off, and this guy trust me has no idea what a quicksell is, that is, again only there to make you look legit and make it look like that the Victim was well informed about the trade. You prepared the screenshots too. But this is not a chat, we should wait for an admin to look into this for now. After this I wont reply anymore for now.

Basicly, heres what happened: I was trying to sell my unus. My friend put up an ad on bp.tf, Then Budspencer came along. He told me that he wanted to buy the unus off of me. So, he told me what items i had to put in. I asked for some more but he disagreed. So i thought it was a decent trade so i accepted. i never knew i got sharked until my friend checked my bp. He told me i got scammed 180 keys. i went mental. Then lowstar came along offered to help, and here we are now. I had no idea what his stuff was worth.

And you are still talking about doing a trade-back, there is no proof of you offering him the chance the day after, apparently only now you want to revert the trade, when its not possible.
