Invalid Attempted to scam me

Today i got a random message by some guy, he appears to be a legit person due to the fact that it is a level 40 accoutn on steam. In my position i added the Steamrep Admin, Advicebanana (http://steamcommunity.com/id/advicebanana/). Advicebanana did some research into it as well and came up with this other link that was another account just like this scammers.

He has removed and blocked me.
