Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I talked to downie who is a mod when I scammed a person 3 months ago. He told me that he will lift my ban on Oct 15-2015 after I served my punishment and if I promised to never scam anyone again and I havent scamed anyone after that and I plan on keeping it that way. I would really appreciate if you could remove the tag. Hello what is going on? its been 10 days since I should have been unbanned. I added downie and he never response to my messages when ever i try to talk to him he changes his status to away what do I do? I know I scamed a person it was wrong I repaided the person and I promise to never scam again and I have also served my punishment and now I am wondering why I am still not unbanned? I failed to see where downie told you that you were going to be unbanned. He only told you that you could re appeal.

 

oh I am sorry did he said you can re appeal on oct 15?

 

I guess this is my re appeal what do I do now? I havent scamed anyone and I have repaided the person I scamed. If I get unbanned I promise to never scam again. Please give me another chance.
