First i'd like to add that Accused has 2 previous bans on his record and 1 unconfirmed report (http://forums.steamrep.com/search/5187066/?q=76561198144453759&o=date&c

Accused has been spawncamping whilst an admin wasn't online. This is not the first time he has spawncamped. Moments before his second ban, Cetru warned and slayed. When warned, Accused responded with ''Whatchu gonna do m8!?'' and then proceeded to spawncamp. Cetru banned him of course. Moments later the accused contacted cetru and wanted to trade with him. Saying he will give weapons in exchange of an unban. Cetru did not say yes to this.

After this the accused has been rather toxic. Calling some people faggot and other insults. Accused has also showed racism. Using the n-word mutliple times.

Accused has also, been ''Avoiding admins''. Everytime an admin came on. He was not as toxic and spawncampish. Once the admin left. He proceeded to spawncamp

Accused also thought that chale did a shit job of being an admin. Saying ''Why are you not banning him'' ''Chale plz ban the spawncampers'' etc etc. He also stated ''Oh what you slay them but you ban me?''. Even though cetru had both warned and slayed him. He still thought he was innocent.

Today. I recorded a demo of him spawncamping while no admin being on. As you all know, the 3rd ban in 2 months is a permanent one.

I can confirm on multiple occasions that the accused has been acting recklessly.

I belive he was the guy who said that every donator was a faggot and think they are gods because they spent money on a server, aswell as acting like a complete asshat.

I have watched the demo in question and I confirm the spawncamping. Punishment is in due.

The chat log is a spammer's seal of approval.
Also matches the report's accusations, punishment increasing for this.

For backseat moderating Chale, I am adding extra points to the sentence - don't tell a worker how to do their job. This is a rule, and so it shall be regarded as.


Based on his bad behavior, backseat moderating and the VERY heavy spam, I sentence him to a 1-month ban.

I can also confirm this, accused acts really badly most of the time he's on.

 

Alright here's the thing. I can confirm everything that has been stated but I have more things to add.

1.) He's been acting like a prick all the time.
2.) Even though I disliked him, I decided to give him a chance to improve (I'd have banned him long ago if I did not). But you can see the results above.
3.) I've warned him about his common use of racist slangs and spawncamping but he insulted me instead.
4.) Ever since he saw me get pissed at him because of his behaviour he started to avoid me or not do anything while I'm on the server (he probably acted the same whem other admin is on).
5.) His behaviour on the servers when no admins are on is just toxic. Breaking most of the rules and having a go at Wolfeye, Darkregen, Dakte and other people at some point. Should have seen his reaction when Pointlessness (not 100% sure), Pudge is Fat and Wolfeye criticized his admin application in good manner.
6.) He backseat moderates. A lot. But it wasn't mentioned when I kick/ slay spawncampers he starts whining that I ban him and not them ( I slayed him 2 times, kicked him and then banned him for first time because he didn't want to stop.) with a lovely variety of insults like (Chale you are shitty/ useless admin). Take note that this was before I gave him a chance.
7.) Yesterday ( 20th of September) he kept saying he's friendly while he kept killing me on purpose ( possibly a shitty attempt to piss me off) and spammed pipe bombs at our spawn but shortly stopped after I slayed and warned him. ( Not a very important thing but just showing how a nice and reliable guy he is.)


In coclusion, chance to improve I gave him was a complete waste and a bunch of bollocks. For now I'll wait and see what others got to say.

 

I confirm this. Hes been given chances but blew them all.

 

Since Chale told me about that earlier I decided to take a little deeper look in his chatlog and I have to say that I am not a fan of his log either.
Just pointing out that his misbehavior isn't a matter of a short time - he seems to behave like this in general, in addition with the spawncamping and the other rules he broke I'd say 1month seems to fit.

At this point I need to apologize that I couldn't act today, sorry.
