Archived Golden Pan Scam

I added this person:

who recently dropped a golden pan through mvm

A short time later this person:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/kenphoenix/
added me, telling me they were the brother of the guy above. the guy above confirmed that.

The first guy gave the golden pan to his brother.
A short time later the brother messaged me the message screenshot under the name golden1 below.



He told me a certain person added him to buy the pan. This person was:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/Truziccsgo/

The brother then told me Truzic told him to hand the pan over to him. In return he would send 2500$ to his paypal. The brother traded Truzic the pan, yet did not send any money over to the brothers paypal account.
Only minutes later I added Truzic to ask him about the deal. He reacted short and deleted me as soon as I asked him what happened to the money he was supposed to send the brother. Screenshot below under golden2.



Probably this is not sufficient proof, yet I just have to try to do something against such an obvious scam.

After accepting the trade Truzik instantly deleted and blocked the brother.
According to the brother the pan has already been traded further, to this person:

I found the pan in his inventory.

I guess that is a alt of Truzik. Truziks profile is set to private since the incident occured.

In order to process your report I would need a bit more stuff.
- A screenshot of the agreement of the trade.
- A screenshot of the inventory history where the item is getting traded away.

Spoiler

1º-Open the Steam Browser by double clicking the steam icon in the tray in lower right corner of your screen.
2º-On top left, open menu "Steam" and select "Settings".
3º-On the new Settings dialog box, select "Interface" and enable the tick in front of "Display Steam URL address bar when available".
4º-Click "OK" to close the Steam Settings dialog, applying the setting.

Making the screenshot:
-In the Steam Browser, go to your Inventory, by clicking your Nickname in the top middle and selecting "Inventory"
-On top right, click the "More" button that is shown above the game labels for the various inventories you have, and select "View Inventory History".
-Seek the trade that relates to this on the number of pages you have (look below for the requirements).
-Go to the start menu and type in the seek box "snipping", you will find in Vista and later the "Snipping Tool", click it to start it. It directly wants to make a screenshot. Select the full window excluding the very top of the steam browser window where your LOGIN name is shown. But INCLUDE the Nickname, the steam URL bar fully, both sides and full bottom of the steam browser.
-Click the "Diskette" icon, or click "File" and then "Save As...", and save it to your desktop.
-Come back here and make a reply.
-Drag the image into the reply on the forum from the desktop.
Requirements of the screenshot(s):
-Exclude the Login name and steam wallet amount that is on the very top right.
-MUST show the Steam URL in top left.
-MUST show the NICKNAME in top middle.
-MUST show the Steam window fully from left side to the right side of the window.
-MUST show the related trade from the day before to up to at least 2 days after the trade or current date if that is earlier.
-MUST show to the bottom of the steam browser window.
-You are NOT to edit the screenshot, and NOT to blank out anything.

- Paypal history stated that there was no money received.
- The victim confirmed this report here.

Screenshot of the agreement of the trade:

There is no screenshots of the actual agreement between victim no.2 (while he was using victim no.1s account) and accused no.1. This is because accused no.1 deleted and blocked victim no.1s account shortly after receiving the golden frying pan. Victim no.2 (using victim no.1s account at that time) did not save a screenshot of the agreement between him and accused no.1.

As possible proof I screenshot a conversation between me and victim no.2 (on victim no.2s account) and a conversation between accused no.1 and me. In these screenshots victim no.2 (on victim no.2s account) accuses accused no.1 of scamming for he did not get any of the promised paypal funds after the trade. In another screenshot accused no.1 claims to have sent money to victim no.1s paypal, yet deleting me when I claimed victim no.1 did not receive any of said funds after victim no.2 assured me that his brother victim no.1 did not receive any payments. Another attempt from me to add accused no.1 was unanswered and resulted in a block.

The first screenshot is between me and victim no.2 (on victim no.2 account), the second one between me and accused no.1, the third one again between victim no.2 (on victim no.2 account) and me.

Screenshot shows the trade how it happened out of the view of victim no.1s account (again, during the time of the trade victim no.2 was logged in on victim no.1s account) as well as a few trades that happened before and after.

Screenshot shows the whole history of the paypal account of victim no.1. Contextual help: victim no.1 is far under 21 years old and has never used his paypal account for anything before.


All these pieces of personal information were posted with the full consent of victim no.1 and victim no.2. None of the screenshots and none of the information given is modified or edited in any way. I sincerely hope the proof is enough and that a solution can be found.

I confirm this report to 100%.

 

Hi, i'm Juicy Milk, for the past year I have been trading in CS:GO items, in CS:GO there are hardly any sites that are concerned about scammers or scammed items as there are little rules surround scammed items, since they are much harder to track. For the past few months I have been cashing out my items through OP skins (around $1000 worth) and can provide screenshots if needed. Yesterday I get a trade offer from Truzic, his golden pan for 900 keys in CS:GO and TF2 items. Since I had already been in contact with Puddington Bear I knew that he buys all Australuims, I checked what price he paid for golden pans and his price at 900 keys (The same price I paid for for the pan). I decide I might as well take the offer and then trade it to him so I can cash out the keys easily. As soon as I contact Puddington about selling the pan he notifies me that the pan was scammed, I Immeadealty add a Tf2 outpost moderator to talk to them about the problem, as well as asking for a refund. Tuzic doesnt give me a refund and then later deletes me. While I am waiting for the moderator to accept, a different moderator adds me and I explain what happened. He gives me a 2 week ban as it was my first time in my trading history that i had ever come into contact with a scammed item and warns me about future trades. I am so sorry that this has happened, I will give Agent the 50 keys that I currently own and more once I sell it. This is my first time coming ever owning a scammed unusual and I will never go any where near scammers ever again. I never intended to make profit off the trade I just wanted items that are easier to cash out.

Juicy milk is willing to give up any profits he makes on the pan and give then us. He paid 900 for the pan and will give us any extra he makes. The pan sells for 1100+ so we will receive around 200 keys.
