Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Well, the first reason i think i should be unbanned, because I only scammed 1 person and that was Cheez out of 2 $20 unusuals. I have given away more than i have scammed, i have given away more then $200 worth of items, money, games to the community.

The second reason i think i should be unbanned, I will give back the money i scammed Cheez, that will be $40, and i will give him extra stuff and i will apolgize and do ANYTHING to make him forgive me for something stupid i did ages ago. When i did this scam i wasnt thinking about the future and the consequences i was gonna fast, the reason i scammed him was because that day i was scammed that day out of $70 worth of items, and i was sad and angry and this kid message me saying, Can you raffle my 2 unusuals please, and i said sure so a couple days later, not one was entering his raffle and he wanted his items back, but i just ignored him. The next day he message me saying he wanted his unusuals back, i stilled ignored him. so i got sick of him messaging me and i blocked him, Then i admin to lying to people that i said i scammed him because he was talking shit about my mum, that is all a lie ;(

The third reason i think i should be unbanned: Since that day i scammed him, i have been trying to give back to people. I will never do a raffle for anyone anymore so i dont get out of control again. Everyone keeps saying that i scammed Cheez outof $100 unusual this is all fake they were $20 each

So please read and consider about my appeal, i just wanna get this off my plate, so i can just play csgo without getting worried every single day about this

Hello @Ceebs, you need to repaid the victim before we can consider your appeal. Please repaid the victim and them provide a screenshot of your inventory history proving that you have repaid him/her.

 

Alright, if you consider a yes, would this remove my steam rep ban?

 

I cannot consider anything without you repaying the victim.

 

I directed Ceebs to file an appeal here when he added me (I have since removed him), in the brief conversation we had he indicated he was having troubles contacting the victim due to a Steam error of some sort. I'm not sure of the validity of the claim, buts thats what I was told.
