Hello and Good Evening Sirs, I was given permission to appeal my tag again by Authorities: Tio and Watson

I Was banned for trading Torr and a said Festive Luna.

I Traded with Torr when he was on PPM Unusual Trade Server, He was not banned on SR at that time.
he had traded me a sunbeams hive minder that didnt have his name on it, but a scammer, i took this to concern to tf2outpost admin Toughsox
here i saw that he had already banned, and i was given a 2 week warning for trading with Torr for breaking tf2outpost rules which stated that
trading with a person banned for scamming.

My Trade with Festive Luna: Before accepting the trade with festive luna, i checked his tf2outpost and noticed that he was banned for open SR reports, hence i went on to his steamrep he had 2 open reports, 1 for a 1 ref paypal scam..i read the entire report to its entirety and the original post gave the comment "He returned the ref" ; i almost found it hard to believe that someone who wanted to buy my hat with so much pure, would risk his account for a mere ref, i truly believed he was trolling and since he returned the refined metal that joke must have ended.
the second report was one open since 2 Months with no replies and hence seemed inconclusive.

When appealing for the first time i was told that there were more instances where i had traded with scammers, but i was certain this was not true.

The screenshots attached will show that any and all trades mentioned in the links that were used as the reason for ban would have occurred before the user got banned on SR, some are still not SR banned, and some had sold the items coming from me on outpost before they got banned.

I would like to take some time to explain the zer0 incident as that may seem somehow sketchy.
Zer0 was the mildest way to put it a convincing guy and had gained my trust...hence whenever he wanted to borrow something he would just ask and i would say yes, sometimes if i felt he had borrowed too much i would ask him for a collateral. This might seem stupid of me , but after his steam rep reports i was assured i was not the only such person who learnt a lesson in trust.

As you can see from the screenshots,zer0 had taken numerous unusual's from me. i woke up one day and found out that he would not return my items and scammed somebody off a golden pan..i called him immediately...i tried to convince him to return every ones items and come to his senses..but he said sorry bro i got pan now and all these sfs and stuff...my goal is now complete, i got my dream account, im sorry to do this but i am not giving your items back.

I was Furious at having my trust being broken...my only saving grace was that i had his number and he was from india...i true caller checked his phone number to the Name Karan Khushlani, Gurgaon, New Delhi, India...i facebooked him and found him and i spammed his wall...added his friends...even wrote on his school group that this kid scammed people online over over 2 Lakh Rs...threatened to beat him up etc, following this debacle he finally answered my call and i threatened to call the cops on me...first he was non nonchalant about it saying Indian cops dont handle online cases, but then i found a link that spoke about Online Fraud and Virtual Property, he got scared and said that he would return my items somehow and for now i can keep his v.earbud and v.max..he gave me those and after that he asked me for my bomber and Ground and i could hold his gibus...he said that way he could get my items back faster, and he needed a condition that i would pay 2 or 3 other indians that he had scammed as well. [at this point i had him scared out of his mind that those boys would come beat him up]....and even though i realised he wanted more items i was desperate to get my items value back, i felt like a beggar who couldnt be choosing and getting everything he wanted, so i was fine with different hats as long as i got the value back. plus i had him scared to the bone that i was going to come there and beat him up.

And as the screenshots will clarify that it was merely him paying me back and i was not conducting trades with him for any other reason.
any trades related were just me trying to get my items value back.

As the Trades with Xenos and the others go hopefully the screenshot will reinforce that i did not trade with them when they were banned.

There is also mention of an item logo tyrants..u can see the trade occurred before user was banned...and i dont know what happened there but probably the guy wanted a trade back and i allowed it...

To conclude, i am hoping that the evidence below will help prove that i was not trading illicitly, and would like to thank every admin and moderator who will have taken their time reviewing this report and have been so helpful regarding this case.

I could have sworn that after your mark you went rogue and started a group that promoted trading with Anyone including scammers. In fact... Until 4 days ago you had 42 scammers on your friends list. You still have 32. I don't believe you aren't going to continue.

i have a group for anyone interested in trading, it clearly states that anyone can trade here since i dont really have the time to moderate it, i got 85 members which all came inviting friends list....once i got marked alot of marked people end up adding you with the mindset of trading...which brings me to my next question why are you not SR Marked for having your main trade banned...Im not sure why valve has you trade banned for as long as they do, but they sure must have a very legitimate reason...enough to establish that you probably shouldnt be allowed to be a safe person to trade with in anycase. i mean you are banned on tf2outpost and backpack...but why arent you marked on SR? how are you not auto picked up on sr and banned as an alt?

 

You want to know why valve trade banned me. Please feel free to contact them. I am legally not allowed to talk about it as that trade ban was part of an out-of-court settlement which has something called a confidentiality clause. I'm sure if they answered you they would say that it had nothing to do with anything unsafe Would I have won this particular case had I continued with it? Oh I'm 100% sure I would have. But as a college student I didn't have time to be dealing with this so I settled for other significant benefits that are far better for me in the short and long term. . But feel free, be my guest, look into that as much as you want, I'm sure it wouldn't turn out well for you. BTW, My ban on backpack.tf is for apparently spamming the forums not for anything else.

Either way, you're barking up the wrong tree. It's not my appeal, it's yours. SteamREP and it's admins and outpost have been aware of that ban for years. It would be a slight to the community to have you unmarked. You're nothing but a danger to those around you. I don't believe your story about having 40 scammers add you. I just don't. But suppose it's true. I almost guarantee 100% that you've traded with numerous scammers since getting marked. In fact, I had proof of it a few months ago. Never bothered to save it because you had been given a PERMANENT scammer tag with a rejected appeal. But please, continue to try to attack me. Perhaps I will dig up these transactions and present them here. After all, I got you marked to begin with. You're lucky I'm not going to find them now. I'm retired. I can hardly be bothered doing things like this. Too much effort for someone like myself, these days.

 

Also would like to mention to admins that he has since created multiple alts to look legitimate during his tag. Trades with scammers could have occurred on any of his Plethora of alt accounts.

It appears you heavily edited the group description and deleted anti-SteamREP announcements. It was created January 28th (week you were marked I think). In case you change anything again here is the current description and information, though I doubt there is anything significant there anymore, since you deleted relevant SteamREP hate and pro trading with scammers comments



Here is another screenshot showing he is allowing scammers to trade their items freely (hence the norep, ie ignoring all reputation status) Lategum, Debra and various others can be seen in comments

 

ForteSp think about it. You get freshly marked now marked scammers think they can freely trade with you since you are already marked and dont need to worry about getting you in trouble anymore.. IF you guarantee that he has traded with numerous scammers since getting marked why have you not posted them publicly so he can confirm whether or not they happened? He can provide trade history. I just hope this appeal does not come with " Im sorry we do not give scammers information to help them with their appeal"

 

Because I don't hve the evidence on hand. I found item histories after his other appeal which stated 'Your appeal is declined this tag will be permanent." Why would I have saved that. It became irrelevant because he had a rejected appeal with a permanent scammer tag.

 

@ForteSP i dont know what you are going through right now Forte, but i hope that you go through the reasons supplied for my perma ban, and see that i was innocent through all those, and it was just ill luck how things turned out in that appeal....if i was provided the evidence 8 months ago, i would have provided these screenies back that which would prove my innocence towards the initial ban reason and i reallly hope you see that.

 

Innocent? Is that what you tell yourself at night before you go to bed. You traded with multiple marked scammers. You traded with multiple obvious pending scammers and you traded with obvious alts. Hardly innocent.

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept your appeal, besides your trades with scammers you created a group in which you clearly knew there were a lot of scammers in it- You promoted trading with scammers and laundering of items. Appeal Denied.
