What happened? Description:
So, in attempt to get evidence on another scammer I flew close to the sun and actually lost my knife to someone impersonating my friend while not paying close enough attention.
The accused had offered $250 in Steam Wallet for my Flip Knife | Fade (Factory New). I chose my friend NotATraitor as a middleman. Later, the accused changed his nickname to that of my friend's name, told me he'd got the codes from the accused under my friend's name and told me to trade my knife to him. I did not check his profile or read above in the chat this time where I would have seen that he had changed his name. I tried adding him again, but he's blocked me.

This time I actually did lose my knife. F*ck me. -.-​
